SANREM Conflict Management Training

This program involves community/researcher-designed and managed rotational grazing studies for improved livestock management. When women’s dry season forage supplies are increased, they are able to extend the period in which they can milk their livestock

This builds women’s:

  • self-esteem

  • leadership skills

  • consensus-building capacity

These practices empower women both individually and in their associations.
