Virginia Tech worked in conjunction with the International Fertilizer
Development Center (IFDC) to assist in agricultural and agroprocessing
sector development activities in Bangladesh. Efforts included coordinating
institutional reforms, personnel management, finance and policy
analysis, as well as the implementation of planning and research
management procedures. Assistance also included institution building,
the provision of technical services, information exchange, and human
resources development.
