Memoranda of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, is a formal agreement between two institutions that agree to cooperate on such things as joint research projects or student exchanges. The number of OIRED's MOUs and their wide geographical distribution illustrate OIRED's commitment to international engagement.
