Debbie's responsibilities encompass a myriad of tasks. She formulates, develops, and allocates annual workplan budgets; she monitors, reconciles and analyzes expenditures; she develops budgets and financial reports; serves as a financial liaison for subcontractors; facilitates the purchase of supplies as well as develops a purchasing plan for all subcontracts; and finally, coordinates travel for VT staff and others attending IPM CRSP conferences from around the world.
